Unfortunately, several significant issues marred our experience. The HVAC system in our room was unresponsive, making it tough to adjust the temperature to our liking. Additionally, the deadbolt on the door was non-functional, raising concerns over security. The elevator was out of service during our stay, forcing us to haul our luggage up two flights of stairs, which was exhausting. There were also notable maintenance issues, such as a bathroom fan that didn’t work and a hallway that seemed to have seen better days. Lastly, encountering a party happening in previously booked nearby rooms made sleeping nearly impossible. doors were slamming until the early hours.
